Cool to see this place still around...
I quit my job earlier this month and I'm preparing for the New World Order. Much suffering lies ahead. Time to get ready.
Demons have been crawling and sniffing around in the gutters, sidewalks, lamposts and such around town. I wonder if they are everywhere. They are blackish, funny shaped, I can't tell their heads from their tails. If they have tails. They scare me, but while they see me watching them, they have not come near me.
I am also back in school. I was off for winter break, and have been stuck inside for a couple days because the demons are still out there and they make me highly uncomfortable to have to walk through. Teri went to Cali for a week, and I miss her.

went shopping with emilie & ali today. god, i love my friends. purchased only these FANTASTIC DOCS which are perfect and glorious and exactly what i have been coveting for ages!
tonight ali and i are going to see avatar with simon. he is back from winnipeg. i can't wait to see him.

Oh jeezus. This is my 999th journal entry. *SQUEE* This is terribly exciting. I'm changing my username after the next one, fo shizzle. :3
So, at present, I am in the middle of France. I'm in a hotel room with my entire family, watching 88 Minutes dubbed in French. I can't check my email because I'm on my dad's government laptop. I've been in the cramped car since Friday. Kill me. I've been fighting with my parents nonstop, Julia most of the time. I'm upset. My dad caught me smoking soon after I posted on Christmas day. WHAT THE FUCK. The one time I decide to have a cigarette in the afternoon while my parents are home, I get caught! Megan does it all the time!!! *SCREAMS* It's fucking ridiculous. My dad didn't get too angry at me though, he's just like, "If you start now, it'll be impossible to quit; it killed your grandmother; your sister can't know, blah blah blah..." I actually thought that he wouldn't tell my mom, but he did. >.> She hasn't confronted me about it yet, and I hope she won't. Goddammit, I hope she won't.
We really haven't done much this trip. Mostly driving. We stayed our first night at Camp Darby (the worst place in the fucking world!), then drove up to Nice. It was beautiful. Oh lord, it was gorgeous. Then we drove through Cannes, and we stayed in Arles. For anyone who's interested in Van Gogh, that's where he lived and painted a lot. I saw the yellow house and the cafe scene... I wanted to see the house he lived in, but they didn't have signs or anything. And apparently, Arles is really, really old. There's a huge ampitheatre right in the middle of town! Did not know that. Right now, we're up in Lourdes. My mom is dying for us to see it, despite the fact that Megan and I aren't Catholic. Oh well, maybe Bernadette will still heal us.
Hopefully I'll be back in Naples soon. I'm just ready to get back to California. Oh God, am I ready.

Well, we're leaving for France today. Driving. Yes. T.T With three kids in the backseat and a dog in the trunk. I don't even know how long we'll be gone. We're only allowed to take one change of clothes. Whatisthisidonteven. I just wish we could go to Paris. I love Paris... The big city, la grande ville d'amour. Still better than fucking Naples though. Hell, I'm ready to go back to San Francisco. Ugh. The only thing nice about being here is having my own bathroom and not having to go outside for food.

So I just got an email telling me that someone added this picture of me to their gallery.
I went to check out the gallery.
I was very happy to see my photo alongside photos of pretty emo boys (well one is not so pretty…) who all appear to be biomale. Apparently I can now successfully pass as “other than female” when I want to! This is exciting.
But then I decided to check out this gallery maker’s profile. Maybe they have other cool pictures I’d like!
And I found... this. This is the guy that enjoys pictures of me.
HE LOOKS LIKE MY HIGH SCHOOL JANITOR WEARING THE HAIR OF ONE OF THE GIRLS I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH. I AM SO CREEPED OUT.
I feel like a very bad queer judging all these older men on flickr — they have kinks and belong to groups based on common interests and lifestyles, just like I do! I save pictures I like to my favorites, just like they do! I don’t want to hate them just because their kink is not my kink!
Buuuuuttttt... I don’t like it when older men consistently favorite and leave awkward compliments on photos of me. I am allowed to be creeped out by that. And sadly, it’s an inevitable by-product of being vain on the internet.
And now it seems he’s added more pictures of me to his gallery.

I just found out that I only have to take an extra semester, not an extra year! Oh mannnnn. That means this time next year I will be DONE with cegep. Oh boy oh boy oh boy. That means from mid-December 2010 to the beginning of September I will be a free agent! I can get a job! I can travel!
After three days of frustrated wrasslin' with my school's extremely buggy online registration system and getting nowhere with the help line, I just spent twenty minutes talking to my very helpful academic advisor. Unfortunately, my required courses make it very difficult for me to take the option course I really want, which is Human Sexual Behavior, so I'm in Social Problems, which I was excited for at first but now I'm kind of dreading it.
